I'm based in Oakville and work with businesses across the GTA, including Burlington, Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton and the surrounding area. Most work happens remotely, and I come on site when it makes sense, for example for network or point-of-sale setups.
It depends on what you need, so I don't pretend there's one number. After a free 15-minute call you get a written fixed quote within 24 hours, and there's no obligation to go ahead. Tell me your budget and I'll tell you what it gets you.
Most websites and setups take two to four weeks from the quote being approved. Urgent fixes and IT problems are usually handled the same day.
No. One-off projects are quoted and paid per project. Monthly care is month to month and you can stop any time.
You call or email me and I fix it. If you're on monthly care it's included. If not, it's billed by the hour with no minimum retainer.
It's software that answers customer questions, takes messages and books appointments on your website or phone line, 24 hours a day. If you miss calls after hours or spend time answering the same questions, it pays for itself quickly. If you don't, I'll tell you that too.
